Change 'Org & Site Admin' profile to another user

I need to switch our "Org & Site Admin" profile to another user (and deactivate the original user) - how do I do this?

Hi @Brenda Ferrar 

To add an org admin you need to go to admin.atlassian.com, select the desired Organization > Settings > Administrators > Add administrators. 

Any org admin can add another one, there is no other permission for that.
