When creating an issue in Jira Service Desk, Reporter Field
My Admin account - I have a people picker on the create issue screen.
My Agent account - does not have a people picker on the create issue screen.
Our Agents create tickets for the customers who call in and need to change the Reporter field to the customer name.
How do i get this to happen. I have default Project Roles setup.

Are you trying to raised issue on behalf and on agent view the people picket does not work as intended (become text files)? If yes, you might be running into the same error KB below:
