Hi,
I can't find a way to modify the URL of my JIRA site in the JIRA's settings or Atlassian's settings.
I would like to modify the current URL https://team-XXXXXXXXXXXX.atlassian.net/ to https://company.atlassian.net/.
I have missed the field when I created my account...
I have contacted the support but they told me that my account (Free Plan) receives exclusive support from online Atlassian Community.
Is there a way to modify this URL or do I have to delete the Jira Software product in the administration and recreate a new one ? Is that even possible keeping Free Plan ?
Kind regards
I also found an interesting article that says you can create a new JIRA site and then migrate the data. However, This is not a good suggestion and use it as a last resort when you dont get prompt response from Atlassian support.
I have no data yet on this site.
Can I just delete it and create a new one ?
But I will have to wait 30 days to complete deleting before I can create a new one ?
Because currently I can't create a new JIRA site in Free plan because I already have one..

you could create under a new account. you could try reaching out to Atlassian via the "billing" support option at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

Hi @ABO
Please refer to article https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/changing-the-cloud-instance-url-address-or-migrating-to-a-new-cloud-instance-691011835.html
You can contact support for the same. there is no option for you to change the URL by yourself.

As you are on Free this option is not available to you as your support is limited to this forum and internet searches.
