Change account name / subdomain

Hi there,

is there a possibility to change the OnDemand "account name"? Or is there any other way to change the sumdomain account_name.atlassian.net?

Hi Siegbert,

If you are referring to you instance login, yes it possible to change that in the User Management on the instance

Changing the subdomain is possible, but it will require a data migration.

That link no longer works.

Is migration the only viable solution? Seems crazy to me that you cannot do this on the back end.
