Change an existing Workflow

Hi All,

I have three workflows in my project and i have a requirement to change one of the workflow. Can some one let me know how i can do it.

You will have to be a bit more specific.

Simply click edit option available next to workflow but you can't add status or remove the existing one as it is active workflow in project

To add status or remove the same, first you need to copy the existing workflow then make neccessary changes and then assign it to workflow scheme in project by clicking add workflow then select the issue type then finish.

Hi Laurens,

Thanks for your reply. 

let says i have project $$$, and i got three workflows in it  A, B and C, for three different issue. 

Now i have requirement to change the the workflow A.how  can i do it ?

also if  i edit and workflow and try to add it to an project it says the name name is already available

If you are edditing an existing workflow it is automatically applied when you save it.

So you don't need to add it to the project as it is already assigned to the project and issue type.
