Change default value of description field

Hi

Is it possible to change the default value of the description field base on issue types? Eg.

For instance, we'd like the field for a Story to be prefilled with

h3. Description

h3. Test instructions

and for a bug with

h3. Description

h3. Actual

h3. Expected

h3. Reproduce

Seems like you want to make use of Field Configuration Schemes. Please have a look here for detailed documentation on how to associate field behaviour with issue-types
