Hello. I wanted to delete an unused epic from the roadmap. I accidentally deleted the item type "Epic" instead of the actual item. All the epics dissappeared from the roadmap. i managed to reverse this, but now the epics show as "story". How can i get things back to how they were? I have managed to add a new item type called Epic, but i need to change the excsting items on the roadmap from Story to Epic item type.

Thank you

Hi @Oscar Kittel-Nielsen

On each issue you can use the "Move" option to change an issue project and/or issue type.

If you first search all the issues via JQL, you can also do this in Bulk. Read more about bulk changes here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-core-cloud/docs/edit-multiple-issues-at-the-same-time/

In the list, you should go for "Move issues" which allows you to select the same project, but a different issue type.

Kind regards
Jorden
