Change the status from task to Todo

HI all,

I unable to change the status of the Issues from task to todo or backlog.

Hi @[deleted] ,

please check the below,

1. Tranisit issue permission in project settings - are you assigned to this or not

2. Check any conditions applied on the transitions of “To-Do” / Backlog.

as of my knowledge To-Do / Backlog or initial statuses, can you please share your workflow screenshot to get more.
