Hello, I can't change the status of tasks in this view (1). All I can do is open the task in a new tab. All I want is a simple drop down menu and a side panel (2) to view details of each task as in the picture below but, in this view, it doesn't work. Currently, clicking on "to do" does nothing.
The view (1) I want to follow my projects :
The side panel (2) I would like to have in this view :
View (1) is an Advanced Roadmaps plan - where this isn't possible at this point. There is a suggestion for it though, which you can vote for/watch - see: JSWCLOUD-20940
There would be some challenges to implement this though - see a good explanation of these in this previous answer, from an Atlassian team member :)

This is really a fundamental feature...having to open a new tab to update the status is really bothering. Thanks for your answer, I just voted for the suggestion. Hope it gets implemented soon, because I don't know how to efficiently manage my projects otherwise.

Heya @Charles Cochener ,
It seems like this maybe due to a permission error? If you are an admin of the project, double check to see if you have all of the relevant permission to access the ticket and the ability to transition? If you don't have admin permissions, contact your admin for the site and they can help you with access! :)
Kind Regards,
Ashley Hudson

Hello, thanks for your answer. Are you sure this is a permission error ? The person above seems to say this feature has been requested recently.

Ah so then it would be a missing feature within advanced roadmaps! Apologies for the confusion but hopefully it will be implemented soon! :)
