Change the subtasks order in EazyBI

Hello everyone,

How do I change the order of my subtasks?

In Jira I changed the order of some subtasks, but the same didn’t happen in EazyBI because the organization of subtasks is by key.
How can I change this and make EazyBI have the same order of subtasks as Jira?

Hello

Yes, you are correct. eazyBI imports and orders sub-tasks based on the sub-task creation time/ID. We do not see and import any ordering reference in the sub-task you can use in your reports. 

If you have some rules that make this order calculable you can consider creating a new calculated measure with those rules and use it in the report for ordering.
