Changed My Project Details Page - Cannot see my backlog or Sprint board

Hi,  I changed my project name and key this morning and I have not been able to see my backlog cards or my active sprint since that change.   This issue is about 10 hours old now.  The screen said something about re-indexing but the current documentation and community says that re-indexing is not a manual user option anymore.

How do I fix my project so I can see the cards again?   Obviously, we are completely down on our use of JIRA for a whole development team.

Hi Corey,

Looks like your project indexing ran into problems. If manual indexing was possible in Cloud , the problem could have been rectified by simply triggering re-indexing manually.

One thing which you could try out is renaming back the project again and check if re-indexing is trigger properly this time. Else I would suggest you to open a Support request.
