Changes of Jira Email Notification

I realised the following changes on email notification of Jira

1) Screenshot of current email notification

2) Screenshot of previous email notification

Is there a way for me to change back to previous format? The previous format is much more simpler to understand and visualise.

Each Jira user can specify in their personal settings whether to send outgoing emails in text or HTML format. Jira Administrators can specify a default email format:

       1 Choose the Jira icon > Jira settings > System.
       2 Select Default user preferences.
       3 Select Edit default values.
       4 In the Email format dropdown, choose either text or html.
       5 Select Update.
