The visible columns are a user setting. You should have (...) in the upper right corner where you can select which columns you'd like to see. Once you deselect some, the status will have more space again

This is just a community of fellow users - no one here will have access to your site to see things. However, in looking at your view, your best bet is to reduce the number of columns in your report. That will make each column wider. Or modify your status names to not be so similar or make them shorter.
