Changing Default screen visual layout

I would like to include Acceptance Criteria on the screen used to view the details of an issue. I am able to display it on the screen, but I cannot seem to bold the title "Acceptance Criteria" or move it below the Description field. Please see attached screen capture. Thanks!

You might also consider installing a plugin to get that functionality. 

My company offers Issue Checklist app for Jira Cloud that provides a separate panel as presented in the screenshot below.

Your acceptance criteria is a standard custom field, and not of a type recognised as one to be moved out to another panel.  So it lands in the custom field panel.

You'll need to write some code if you want to get it moved.
