We have rules set up that change the assignee based on which column the issue is placed in, in our sprint 'board'.
Basically, we would like to keep track of how many hours every person who was assigned to this task has contributed to the specific task, and also the total
E.g. Article starts in 'to do' for the weekly sprint and takes 2 hours to write for Content Writer, moved to 'translation' column and automatically gets assigned to Translator, where he can set the story point estimate for the time he spent on the project
We can see in the task 'history' the story point numbers assigned along the way, however, my question is this:
Is there a way I can see in reporting, the total accumulated hours that the task was worked on, not just the ending story point estimate that was given to the task before it was placed in the 'done' column.
AND
Can we see a breakdown of how much time per week each person is spending on their assigned parts of these tasks?
Hi @Sally
Welcome to the community!
Time in Status for Jira Cloud (app from Atlassian marketplace) can help you.
Firstly it lets you get data about time each issue was at the work (in each status and total).
Also, it can be useful for your second requirement: this add-on can calculate the time each assignee worked on an issue.
Hope it will help you.
