Changing the font size just for me

I have very bad eyesight, and am reduced to sitting 30cm (12") away from the monitor to read my JIRAs. Obviously this isn't good for my eyes.

How can I increase the font size for accessibility issues.

I have tried ctrl+ but that makes the text very fuzzy.

I have increased the font size in chrome, but that made no difference.

I have the same request for my organization in Jira and Confluence. All I found was this:

Not answering this issue for more than 2 years shows the priority Atlassian has on accessibility topics.
