Changing the order of transitions in the drop-down

I need to be able to control the order of transitions as they appear in the drop-down menu (e.g. in the Issue view). According to "Customize how transitions appear", this can be done by adding the opsbar-sequence property to each transition and the numerical value of this property is used to order the transitions.

This works for the Workflow drop-down in the old Issue view, but in the new issue view, it appears that the order is by status category (i.e. To Do, In Progress and Done) and then alphabetically.

Is this a bug in the new Issue view, or os there some other way to control the order in which transitions are displayed?

I wanted to chime in here and let you know that the opsbar-sequence property is now honored in the new issue view. Previously it was only available in the old issue view. You can find more information on the public ticket which was previously mentioned.
