Changing the time format to 24 hour

Hello,

I tried to change the time format to 24 hour using this guide here:

But it didn't work.

The changes I made are the following:

jira.date.time.picker.java.format = dd.MM.yy HH:mm

jira.date.time.picker.javascript.format = %e.%b.%y %H:%M

Afterwards I restarted JIRA too, but no changes. In the Look&Feel site there was still the old format.

What can I do to change it properly?

You also need to edit the settings under 'Look and Feel'.
