I just downloaded the Check It for Jira app by Plateer for my team, but only some of them are able to use it, specifically our contractors on the team. They are able to click the button in the issue to add a check list, but the app does not give them the ability to start adding items to the check list.
Myself and other members of the team have no issues with it so I am thinking there is a permissions issue somewhere, but I can't seem to find anything. I have tried managing the app to see what settings there are, and there isn't anything to change other than upload a check list from CSV. Looked in our Jira permissions as well and I don't see anywhere that would restrict access for them.
Any thoughts? Or point me in a direction?
