We are using JIRA cloud software, and I have got a question about managing components.
When a user choose a component, the ticket is automatically assigned to a user (=default assignee) and this user received a notification email : what we want now is that , others persons (a specific list defined by components) receive, as well, an email notification : is it an existing functionality ? how to implement it on my project ?

This feature is not native of Jira, however, you could implement it using an Automation rule which you would trigger when a component is changed in an issue. This process would be 100% free.
However, you need to be a Jira Administrator to implement this solution.
