Christmas snow on JIRA Application

I would like to put snow falling on JIRA application for Christmas. It's fun Is it possible ?

I remember that a collegue did it on confluence few years ago.

I'd better not do that... however it is possible to put any javascript to Announcement banner.

 

Just google "snow, javascript" and 1st link http://www.schillmania.com/projects/snowstorm/
