Claiming some accounts in the Admin site

Hello,

We are trying to claim some Accounts but we can't click on "Claim accounts you add to a CSV file for a domain" as it is explained in the methodology (https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/verify-a-domain-to-manage-accounts/).

Is it normal ?

What options do you get when you click Next on this screen-

In fact, we don't know what will happen if we click on "Next".

It is not described in the methodology.

We don't want to risk claiming the 3000 accounts for example.
