Classic Task Board drag and drop not working

When I try and drag a task/issue to the next step in the workflow it just ends up freezing in the classic task board.

This seemed to be an internal error only with Javascript on my computer.

Is this happening in IE8 only? It sounds like a known bug that has been fixed in GreenHopper 6.0.4.3. You may want to consider upgrading to the latest version of GH.

That's new to me. I only have users encounter this in IE. Here is the bug I was referring to: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/GHS-6320

We have narrowed it down to a Java error but not sure what is causing it. Atlassian support team believes it is from the ictime plugin but I have never used that plugin. Here is the error:
