Clicking on create button does nothing

Avinash Vishwakumar November 23, 2020

Today some of our users started facing the below issue.

1. Logged in and navigated to the `Your Work` page

2. Clicked on Create

Result - Nothing Happened

Also, if the user navigates to the specific project and then hits create, nothing happens.

If the user refreshes the browser with the same url and then hits create, the issue screen opens up and works successfully.

Wanted to understand if anyone else has noticed this.

Note - there has been no changes to their access privileges.

This happens periodically on my account, too. The only difference is that when the Create button is NOT working, https://jira-frontend-static.prod.public.atl-paas.net/assets-brotli/async-flags-v2.691c7c568867948b515d.8.js is being canceled by the browser and not loading 0 bytes loaded. Presumably, this file has important logic to make the button work and is not loading, rendering the button inoperable. The attached screenshot shows the initiator chain that failed to load the script.

hi, we have same issue but on some users only, they tried on different browers & private navig. I do not reproduce on my side.

I also checked https://status.atlassian.com/ and no issues.

Any idea?

Thanks @Carolina SILVA

Refreshing the browser URL is the best way to get around this right now, but its really not clear why this would happen randomly for some users and not for others.
