What is the best way to communicate new project progress with a client without adding them to Jira? Just want to be able to show them what stage each issue/task is up to.

Hi Shaun,

You can create an dashboard that the customers will have access.

For example, create an dashboard and share it with the option "Anyone".

This way, users that have the link, can access the dashboard and visualize the issues that you want them to.
