Does anyone know how to create a CLIENT/CUSTOMER View of all projects aligned to them. Ideally I would like to view BOTH Sofware Cloud and Service Desk Projects, but I would settle for being able to view all projects tied to a single client. I have TEMPO install where I can create a customer and account record and link all projects, but I cannot run any reports and that's only tied to billings anyways.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
EX - Client ABC
Project -1
Project 2
Project 3
etc...
Hi Joel,
you can run customer reports in Tempo (filter on Account customers) so you could a report for a single client. But what we can´t do at the momentt is to group the report by customer/client. is that what you are looking for?

does that show only booked time thou? or can you pull all Project related data (Issues types; project data, etc?
Also any way to have project status and start and end dates? in JIRA Software I only see the project name and category

yes booked time only. You might want to look into Cost Tracker for financial information tight to your customer. It gives you the opportunity to set a budget, and you can set a status and a start and an end date.

Hi Joel,
Greetings for the day!
Hope you are doing well.
You can create project categories so your team can view work across related projects in one place.
Your team can use categories in advanced search, filters, reports, and more.
Note that project categories cannot be used to create project hierarchies (such as parent projects).
For more details please refer below link.
Thank you,

Appreciate the reply and suggestion; that being said it doesn’t complete solve my use case; as I am looking for a way to group all projects together (somewhat like a portfolio view; but upgrading our JIRA instance is not an option)
I noticed we cannot even add a status on a project to say its active vs inactive or a start and end date field… Any way to do that in JIRA that I am just overlooking?
