Clockify Integration issue

On Jira cloud, when users are tracking time on specific tasks and stories in jira by clocking start/stop clickfy timer, some users are reporting that the project, task and tag are not auto-populating, though I am not able to replicate on my user account. I have had them re-set their API keys and still experiencing the behavior

You can try to integrate with a 3rd party app, for example through Skyvia.
