Clone Ticket and Ignore Certain Fields

Is it possible in JIRA to ignore certain fields when cloning tickets?

We have a requirement of ignoring the "Fix Version" field when cloning tickets, as this field is managed from outside JIRA

Not with the standard clone operation. However, Clone Plus Plugin for JIRA allows customizations for this.

is it possible to restrict certain system generated and custom fields from being cloned such as back-end identifiers, cost, story points, sprint vaue etc.. or basically clone only the description, team, project and epic link which are the most likely needed fields to be cloned.
