Cloning a Parent Ticket with Sub-Tasks

When you clone a parent ticket with sub-tasks...it automatically adds the word 'Clone' to the Summary of all sub-tasks (whereas the parent gives you the option to remove 'Clone').

Is there a way to prevent Sub-Tasks Summary automatically containing the word Clone?

Hi Kelly,

Go to Admin -> System -> General Configuration. Click on "Advanced Settings" and find "jira.clone.prefix" property there. Remove the value from that property and voila! Your clones, whether it's a parent issue or a subtask will not have a "Clone" prefix added to their summaries when created.
