I have created a rule that clones a ticket when it reaches the status of Approved for Deployment on the scrum board. It clones it to the kanban board. It also has a link in the issue back to the original ticket.
What I would like to know is if there is any way that on the face of the ticket the part that you see in a column (status) on the kanban board (see attached) if you can actually include the original jira number. On the attached you will see that I have highlighted what I would like. Currently I add it to the tickets but that is not efficient when it comes to my time.
Thanks
Hello @Shari Fitz-Patrick
If you are working in a Company Managed project, you can edit the Card Layout of the cards on the board and add the Linked Issues field. It would show the issue keys for all the Linked Issues on the card, though, not just the key for the Clone source.
thank you done that. it looks so much better now
