When we close a task in a scrum sprint, this task is no longer displayed in the sprint and disappear.
How to fix that ?
Hi @Virginie_Romey , So make sure they were not already done before the sprint started. So if that's the case, you might have to reopen them after starting the sprint then check again. I hope this helps.

Hello @Virginie_Romey welcome to the community. Tasks are shown on boards based on the query used on its configuration. If the ticket disappears after a certain transition, then either that status is not part of the query or the status is not mapped to a column in the board.
Can you send some screenshots of the board config to help you identify what needs to be changed? Also add an issue that doesn't show up in the board

So are the issues disappearing from that view? That would be expected since that's the planning view. Notice that on the left of the screen you see an icon with 3 columns. That's the view for active sprints. If your Sprint started, your issue would be there.
If the Sprint didn't start and issue is closed then there is no need to plan it which is why it doesn't show

Yes, people is supposed to work only after the Sprint started, else all the reports won't reflect the work done
