Closed list modifiable by the project administrator

I would like to know if it is possible to make a single choice list in a form whose content can be modified by the project administrator and not by a JIRA administrator

As a workaround, you could use the Components field:

You can add options as project admin, but regular users can only select an existing value.

Hi @romain_bernon 

By default, all custom fields can only be created or edited by the Administrators out of the box. 

Having said that, I did find this plugin which might help:
