We move to “System” -> “Import and Export” and select “Migrate to cloud” but nothing gets displayed.

Thanks for reaching out to the community, on the surface it sounds like you might be running into the scenario described in the following KB, where an update disables a plugin leading to the migration assistant erroring and simply showing a blank screen.
