I'd like to ask how long Jira Service Desk will retain information held in tickets. Can someone tell me what the standard retention period for subscriptions is, please? My organisation won't delete the information so it will only be deleted once Jira cloud reaches whatever the retention period limit is.
Thanks,
Ken
Hello @Kenneth Ord
After you have been unsubscribed, Atlassian retains your data for 15 days (for evaluation sites) or 60 days (for paid subscription sites).

Thanks. How long if I have an active subscription? Forever? Is there a document covering the maximum retention period - like 10 years, or 50 years, or something?

Sorry I could not find any document stating for 10 years or 50 years.
But what Atlassian assures is As long as you have an active subscription the data will be retained by Atlassian. If you don't have an active subscription, after 60 days from the subscription expiry date they will not retain the data.
