Collaborators not Visible

Hi,
I am not able to see the collaborators list (who have logged hours under task), earlier it was working perfectly fine but since yesterday its not visible. Would you please help me out in this? Its on very high priority for the day.

Hi, 

not sure if this still is an issue for you. 

i just got here, getting a similar question from one of my teams. 

i solved it by giving the user the 'log work for others' permission on project level. 

somehow these are connected. 

Might open a support ticket with Tempo to adress this. as i think seeing the collaborators, and the ability to log time for other people are 2 very sepperate things.

When you say Collaborators, are you meaning JIRA Core/Software users that are using a Service Desk project like described in this documentation or this is just a definition that you use to identify your JIRA users in a Software project?

Additionally, I believe there's no way to restrict the view of work logs in an issue of JIRA, so I wonder if you are using Tempo timesheets app to log your work which has this kind of restriction, as mentioned in the articles below:

- Permissions and Settings - Tempo Cloud

- I have the View All Worklogs permission but cannot see other users worklogs

If you are using Tempo, please check both articles below and see if the steps provided help you solve the issue.

If this is not the scenario you are facing, can you please provide us with the screenshot of where you were able to see the collaborators list exactly?
