Comment Field (Wiki Style) - Jumping again and again. Why?

I want to add a comment to an issue by using the wiki style form. Here I am adding icons and text. Sometimes the System jumps then to above attribute ("Attachements").

Is anybody able to help?

By the way - We don´t have the issue when we are using the Standard comment style.

Could you provide a replicable steps and perhaps with screen recording so that we could better understand the replicable steps and issue that you are seeing?
