Hi Team,
It seems that if I leave a comment under a ticket, using the @ tag (like when I call someone by their names) this person still doesn't get an email that she/he was mentioned underneath such a ticket.
Could someone please advise on this soon.

Just to add, the settings as suggested by @Vincent Grajek would need to be updated by the user who is not receiving the emails notifications on the profile.

My apologies for not reading the issue completely and assuming that it is for Cloud and not the server.
Kindly check the Notification Scheme of the project for which this is happening, specifically the notifications for 'Issue Commented' and 'Issue Comment Edited'.
