Como colocar un panel como principal

Hola, buen día, quisiera que me ayudaran, cuando entro a un proyecto por lo general entra a un panel que no quiero ver, me gustaría saber como dejar un panel como principal a la hora entrar a un proyecto.

Siempre que entro al proyecto, entro a este panel "Tablero", pero me gustaría que cuando entrara al proyecto me mostrara la pestaña "Resumen"
