Company Managed Projects - Issues

Hi Team,

 

While creating an issue(User Story/Tasks) - Sprint and story points fields are not visible while creating the issue. However, once they are in backlog then, we are able to see and add.

Please, I do not have Jira Administrator access which is why I am unable to make changes in the issues>> Custom Fields tab.

So,  in that case How can I include them, which creating it?

Hi @Upasana Banerjee 

In a company managed project, only the jira administrators have access to edit the screens of the project to include additional fields. In your case, you need to add these field in the create screen.

Unless you are an admin, you cannot resolve this yourself. Please contact your jira admin.

For any changes to the project, you need to contact your Organization Jira admins. They can help you.

Hi @Upasana Banerjee

You can select what screen to show as default by configuring your Issue Screen.

Go to your project setting and select Screen:

Screen One:-

Now select Default Issue Screen for Create Issue and select the filed you want to display.
