In a project of Company-managed software type. The option Approvals (only for Jira Services) appears on top of screens. As it is locked and serve for nothing in my project, how can I hide or remove it as it is unusefulness in my project type
has this issue been moved from a Service Management Project and maybe had an approval there? This is currently the only thing I could think of.
No, we don't have any project of this type. Even creating a new issue this option is on top. Sence weeks ago I noticed the option for the first time and appears in every issue not only in this example

Hello @Raul H Marrero
Can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing? I don't see an Approvals field at the top of screens for issues in my Company Managed Software projects.
It may relate to a new feature that has not been deployed to my instance.
For company managed projects, a Jira Administrator should be able to remove the field from the Screen(s) associated with the issue types via the Screen Scheme and Issue Type Screen Scheme associated with your project.

Here are some screenshots for helping to understand what I tried to explain

I don't see anything about Approvals related to Software projects in the weekly blog post of changes.

I recommend that you open a support case directly with Atlassian to ask about this. It would be great if you would report back here what you learn from them.
