Hello,
After trying Jira, Bitbucket and confluence on docker with my licenses, I decide to deploy them on my main server, so I destroy all my containers.
It was my first time with Atlassian's softwares so I didn't know the importance of SERVER-ID.
Now i haven't recourse to obtain them and it's not possible to reset licences on my account panel.
I'm with the starter license so i can't contact support, what can i do besides losing $40. ?
Best Regards,
Pierre
Hi Pierre,
Once you destroy the containers the server id will lost.
1.Can you check your my.atlassian account.
2.This can be avoided if you mount the db volume as persistent in future so that this can be queried.
Hi Sara,
It's was persistent mounts but like an idiot i destroyed them before deploy them on the real server.
Since, I have buy again Jira + Bitbucket + Confluence, and the funny fact is that I recover all servers id when I defined new licences, my computer had save them in the input field.
Now i have duplicate licences. But whatever it's always useful.

Thanx Milan, but as I said, I dropped all my dockers containers so all data is definitely lost (Postgres DB included).
