Completing the sprint is not picking up completed tasks

At the end of the sprint, we have 12 tasks that are resolved as "done"

tasks names are removed

When I click on "Complete sprint", it shows 12 are all opened still

 

What am I missing here?

Are your done and closed status both in the last column on the board?

Can you verified that in yours issue? If not "Done" you need set into the workflow transition, set the "Resolution".
