Component edit

Hello,

I wanted to ask about editing components. In our company we use Configuration Management Toolkit. The problem is that ppl who are not admin or project leads cannot edit/rename components and their version. Is there a way to enable it for developers, ive looked into permission, couldnt find anything, even setting for the plugin. Thank you for your answer

Hi,
There is a setting called 'Configuration Management Role' in the following path Administration >Configuration Management Toolkit>Configuration. You can create a project role for developers and then if you select this project role in this setting, developers can configure subcomponents, create and configure bundles, create versions, create components and update component specific versions.
