Configuration Manager for Jira : I dont want to change project role and avatar of the target project

When i create a snapshot of a project and deploy it to another project,

The Project Lead and the Avatar of the target project changes as well to the deployed snapshot's configuration. Can this be avoided?

I don't want the Project Lead to change or the Avatar to change in the target Project.

Hi Esvaran,

CMJ is designed to promote the configuration as it was made and tested on the source Jira instance to the target.

That said, in the next version (6.3.2) we'll add an option to skip changes to project (and issue type) avatars as in some cases these are unwanted and they are safe to be skipped.

As for skipping changes to the project lead isn't possible. We are working on features to allow more flexibility, but I can't give you an ETA.
