Configuration for Clients

I will like to know how to have my clients only been able to create issues but not able to see who is working on it or the work log.

Internally I have Developers and Testers

Externally I have the Clients

What I want is to configure Jira in a way that my Clients dont know about internal process ( Who is working with an issue, Detail Work Log, Comments within issues ). I just want them to know how to create an issue, total hours spent on a issue and status(open, inprogress,resolved, closed)
