Configure System Dashboard

I am using Jira in the cloud hosted by Atlassian and I am trying to see what additional gadgets I can add to the system dashboard, but the only two that show are Bubble Chart and Introduction.  The "Add Gadget" dialog states some gadgets failed to load, but even refreshing and going back into the dialog does not allow any other gadgets to show.  Any ideas?

How long is the screen showing gadgets failed to load? Mine usually only does that for a few moments before it refreshes and prompts me to load more gadgets. 

Have you tried another browser?

I just tried IE (originally used Chrome), but the message states "Not all gadgets have loaded" with no option to refresh.  Switching browsers did not help the issue.
