Configure estimation and tracking .....

Here is the topic heading I am trying to follow: Configure estimate and tracking. The problem is that as I try to follow it I cant see where to do what is says ( I suppose a screen shot would be best but I dont see how i can put that in a textual question:

In this tutorial, Teams in Space uses story points for both estimation and tracking, as per the instructions below.

1. Go to the desired board, then click  Board >  Configure.

The Board -> Configure option is available in the Panel as shown below .
