Would you like to check if it is possible to configure so that all filters and frames already have administrator permission for a Jira access group?

If you want to see what a group gives access to. You can add only that group to a user, usually I use a test user we have setup specifically for this. 

When the user has only that group you want to check assigned. Check on their project roles. This will show you where that group grants access, and at what level. Rinse and Repeat for each group you want to check.
