I am using SLA Time and Report for JIRA plugin by SaaSJet. I am not sure, how to create a SLA for Todo items.
Entire Requirement -
I want to define a SLA for all the tickets for TODO, that is when the sprint starts the SLA timer starts and the Ticket should be picked and moved to In Progress within the SLA time.
Now I am not getting any checks for Sprints.
Hello @veer.srivastav
You can try SLA Time and Report developed by my SaaSJet team.
All you need is to set TODO+sprint as a Start timer and "In progress " as a stop timer.
Hope it helps.
Initially I tried with Sprint field, but I am not getting the option for Sprint in the Condition dropdown?
And if this works, would that means, I have to set this SLA every time. I can't just set a general SLA for every sprint?

Regarding a sprint - if you use a next-gen project, there are no sprints. And fields are not attached to the project.

So you mean to say, this won't be available on the company managed project? That is what is a next-gen project right?

I did some reseach and now, I am sure, I am using a next-gen project, because that is our requirement? So any suggestions on how can we use this feature?

- make sure that the selected project is exactly the one you use in jira
- check that the selected project is of the classic type -
if there will not be no Sprint yet- you need to contact the tech support team
