Conflence + JIRA + Bitbucket Server Windows 2012

I have installed confluence + JIRA + BITBUCKET on our windows server.

Until yesterday it was working fine when I reboot the system all the services are running.

First thing is that jira starting is taking too much time as well as bitbucket.

Both take more then one hour to two hours to start. is this cause of data or something else?

Bitbucket starting plugin framework...........

Second once both are finished they it gives error of plugin not found what should I do?

Well these logs need to  be checked one after the other to  see what is going on

@usana  I don't see any error here in these logs,  share link of external file of the whole logs, in order to find any thing that could be causing  the issue.

But  this could be hardware problems  or even JVM problem or  some user  installed add-ons.

• I suggest you check how many RAM is consumed  on the hardware, If  these Java  apps consume  a lot then you need to  increase memory
• Try to Start your Atlassian stack in Safe mode. It will disable  enable them one at a time to see whether it is  add-on issue Safe Mode 
• More detailed logs will  help diagnose the issue.
